Q. I'm not getting any input counts when I connect my input to the MPI module.
A1 Verify the MPI module's slot dependent V-locations are set up according to the manual.
A2 Using a scope, verify the input waveform is a zero-crossing signal. The MPI was designed for a hall effect type sensor with an output of +/-10mV to +/-10V. TTL levels will NOT work.
A3 In the module Mode Word V-location force a value of 100H. This will put the module in "raw" counts mode. Any valid pulse will increment the input V-location.

Q. I can see raw counts coming in but, the flow rate calculation is not working.
A1 You must have a valid K factor entered and you must also make sure that the digits to the right of the decimal point in the K factor is set properly.
