Q.What is the torque specification on the terminal block screws?
A. 6 inch/ounces

Q. Which V-memory locations are stored in RAM? in EEPROM?
A. V4000-4177 and V7630-7647 are stored in EEPROM V0-77, V1000-1077, V2000-2377, V7620-7627, and V7750-7777 are stored in RAM.

Q. Why does my Capacitive Proximity sensor output turns ON the 105's DC Input all of the time.?
A. A capacitive proximity sensor detects by using a RF field and the power supply in the 105 is not ground referenced. Grounding the negative side of the 24 Volt supply, minimizes the interference generated by both the supply and the sensor.

Connect the 24 VDC minus to ground or use an external 24 Volt power source to correct the problem.

Q. The LCD display of the the D2-HPP or the DV1000 does not come on and these devices will not communicate to the 105 PLC but DirectSoft communicates with no problems?
A. The 5VDC power supply from the 105 PLC has been damaged. The 105 will need to be repaired or replaced.
